T.E.A.M –— this was the word God gave me at the beginning of this year , as we met together with our TEAM to pray and agree about our dreams and aspirations for Business Edge 2015 
The acronym is To Effectively Arm the Marketplace.
In New Zealand, one of the things that we felt was important to the growth of Business Edge was the third leg of the 3 legged stool that Rich Marshall had spoken about 5 years ago when he was here. We knew it was a teaching training/ business/ coaching arm to add strength to BE and help to Effectively Arm the Markeplace
The week before last ( after a 9 month journey) we received word that Tracey Olivier will be joining our TEAM to specifially fill that place!!.. But that is not all… God added His blessing to this and we have proccured the NZ license for a Biblical Entrepreneurs Training program that is world renowned… and the kicker!!!… Tracey is already trained and quaified by this very organisation ! We will welcome Tracey and Gary and their famiy to New Zealand in the first week of November !!!.. Kia Ora te whanau
Of the 19 different ideas, thoughts, plans, that we discussed that day back in January , I just counted 12 of these things which hard work and God has brought about .. Thank you Lord God.
In order to finish this race successfully , we understand that we are a TEAM and support each other though encouragement , through prayer, through contact by phone, txt, email, and business.
Business Edge is a great TEAM.. and collectively we are indeed Effectively Arming the Marketplace .. for good and for God!
